I am Myles and I’ve been fighting my weight ever since my mid-twenties. I created this blog so I can document my progress, hold myself accountable, and maybe help others along the way.
Now that I’m in my thirties, I know it’s important to take better care of my body so that I keep on keeping on. But honestly this task has become near impossible with all the conflicting information out there about dieting. Conspiracy theories set aside, we have been told over the past 30 years that carbs are good and recently we’ve been told that carb are bad.
That’s probably a bit too strong of a generalization of what’s going on, but the point is that I got tired of it and I want to find out what exactly I’m supposed to do with my body.
So here we are at Low Carb Recipes and Diets. That should give you an idea for the answer to that question.
Before you read the next sentence, you must understand that I am not a doctor and I say you should consult your physician before adopting any of my habits.
I believe that low carb is the best way to control weight and lower risk of obesity-related diseases.
Again! I am not a doctor!
What you can expect from my blog is a first-hand account of how my body responds to certain diets and honest reviews of low carb diet plans and low carb recipes. If that interests you, check out the blog!”
