I’m Myles and yes there is bacon in my low carb recipes and diets. If you’re reading this post then I assume you have an interest in low carb recipes and diets. You’ve come to the right place.
Before I get too far, I wanted to give you my recommendation right up front: if you want to lose weight fast then you should pickup Carb Nite Solution by physicist John Kiefer.
I’m not sure how you found out about low carb, but as for me I stumbled on to it. I was the heaviest I’ve ever been and had all the problems from people dealing with obesity – you know, the ever shrinking wardrobe, fatigue, etc…

And that’s when I found CNS! Let me tell you, it’s going to be hard to believe the results and I know you don’t know me from any other internet blogger, but you have to trust me when I say this is the diet you want if you want to lose weight and keep it off.
CNS is essentially a ketogenic diet that allows for one night of carb eating a week. The one carb up nite is absolutely essential to losing weight quickly and making sure you can stay on the diet long term. There’s no need to cheat – you simply schedule your carbs into your diet!
There are a lot of scientific reason this diet has worked for me – I’ve lost 33 pounds since October 19 and I have no desire to pig out like I used to – but I don’t want to get into all that in this post. I just want to introduce this LC recipes and diets (I’ll go into more detail in the posts in the blog section).
